Christina Mathieson Segura

I work at the intersection of real estate, solar, and consumer protection — where transactions are often affected by complexity that isn’t well explained and risks that aren’t always visible.

My focus has never been on promoting outcomes, but on helping professionals understand what they are navigating so they can advise clients responsibly.

Professional Background

I am a New York State licensed real estate professional and instructor, with a background in mortgage lending, solar education, and transaction risk analysis.

Over the course of my career, I have trained thousands of real estate professionals on how solar ownership, leases, and energy-related considerations affect listings, disclosures, and buyer decision-making.

My work focuses on practical education grounded in real transactions, regulatory frameworks, and consumer protection standards.

Why This Work Exists

I began focusing on solar and real estate education after seeing how often transactions were disrupted — or compromised — by information gaps rather than intent.

Buyers, sellers, and agents were navigating long-term energy agreements, unfamiliar ownership structures, and regulatory complexity without clear, neutral guidance. The result was confusion, mistrust, and avoidable risk.

This work exists to slow those moments down — to replace assumptions with understanding, and pressure with clarity.
